
Our practical experience in a situation related to the spread of a new coronavirus infection (Covid-19) all over the world, all forced, reasonable and excessive restrictions connected with this virus, in our opinion, accelerated the implementation of the most modern standards of relations between business partners. Of course, personal meetings and round-table communication are an important part of the business climate in the cooperation of the parties. But the absence of cross-border barriers and the speed with which any distance between the parties is overcome; exchange of views and transmission of information in the absolute absence of time limits; reliability, validity, convenience, completeness and presentation of the transmitted information; unlimited and at the same time optimal circle of potential participants in the dialogue, today they leave no alternative to this particular format of cooperation.
For these reasons, our team welcomes every opportunity and gives priority to the preferred use of digital remote technology for online data acquisition. These are: web conferences, webinars, video and conference calls, and group chats of instant messengers.
We assume the functions of the system administrator in these processes.

In order to comply with privacy and security requirements, we recognize it appropriate to use up-to-date software (platforms and messengers) Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, Proficonf, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram and appropriate use by responsible representatives and employees of corporate e-mails, as well as accounts associated with them.
